Initial Discovery Meeting
The goal of most people looking to renovate their home is to turn something that might have great bones but doesn’t currently fit their taste or style, into the home they’ve always wanted. We’re great at taking what already exists and turning it into something you’re sure to love. To begin the renovation process, Michelle Tanner will sit down with you and have a conversation about what you’re looking for in your large scale renovation. Whether that’s an open floor plan, a second story, or a large scale addition, she’ll listen to your goals and concerns and then devise a plan to make those goals a reality. Throughout the entire process, Michelle Tanner will be your primary contact person, and she’ll keep you updated on where your renovation is and how long it will take for completion.
Design and Budget
Once you have a clear picture of what your large scale home renovation will look like, we’ll have our in-house designer tackle the new concepts. This will give us a more solid idea of where the cost of the renovation will fall and we can scale those plans up or down to fit your existing budget. Upon your approval of the design, Michelle will get in touch with her subcontractors and begin the bidding process.

Each of our subcontractors is hand-picked by Michelle Tanner herself. They’ve been thoroughly vetted and most have worked on a number of projects with us, which means we trust them to produce the highest quality craftsmanship and create exactly the renovation you’re looking for. If you’re opening up your first floor, our subcontractors will ensure that it’s done in a way that doesn’t disrupt or jeopardize the structure of your home. We use only products we trust to last a lifetime, ensuring your large scale renovation looks just like the brand new home you were looking for.
Renovation Production
Once our subcontractors are locked in and have their schedule, the renovation really starts. Michelle works tirelessly to ensure that everyone’s scheduled in a way that’s efficient and keeps your renovation moving along as quickly as possible. Though you’re always welcome on the job site – it is your home after all – know that Michelle will be calling you regularly with updates and she’ll be along to help on any shopping trips you might be making to fit your new renovation with interior finishings. Whether you’re looking for new countertops or stainless steel appliances, she’ll go on the trip with you to answer the technical questions, or just offer advice if you need it. From there, it’s only a matter of completion and you’ll have the luxury renovation you were looking for!
