During this phase, we’ll determine the best approach to bringing your vision to life—balancing your must-haves with a budget that makes sense for you.

After you’re satisfied with your floor plan, we’ll start the bidding process where we collect bids from contractors and set up their schedules to start building your home.

Production
Once we receive permits for your new custom home, we’ll start building! You’re always welcome on the job site, and Michelle will keep in touch to make sure you’re regularly updated on your home’s progress.
